Void request declined
This type of response is generated when a payment request could not be voided.
From the Insurer response (PDF) section, you can view or save the Explanation of Benefits, or email it to the patient. You can also copy the claim to a new claim, as described in Submitting a claim by copying a previous claim or predetermination. The Explanation of Benefits response provides the payment information that was submitted.
