Accessing the Banking information page

  1. From the Provider Portal, select the Menu The Menu button button, then select Banking information.

    The Banking information page is displayed.

    If you have not yet set up your email and banking information, the following message appears beneath the banner.

    No bank account on file message

    For information on adding a bank account, see Adding a bank account.

    If you have set up a bank account, but need to verify it, the following message appears.

    Verify bank account message
