Accessing the Banking and Email information application

  1. From the Provider Portal, do one of the following:

    • Click the My Account My Account icon. button, or

    • From the Quick actions section, click Add a new bank account.

      The My Account panel is displayed.

  2. Click Email and banking information .

    The Banking information page is displayed.

    If you have not yet set up your email and banking information, the following message appears beneath the banner.

    No bank account on file message

    If you have set up a bank account, but need to verify it, the following message appears.
