In rare instances, the application may encounter a problem that prohibits your claim from being submitted. Your claim may not necessarily be saved, depending on the cause of the error.
In some cases, you are presented with an option to retry your submission.
Should a connection error occur during the submission process, the claim in question may be resubmitted only the same day as the original submission attempt. A new request must be created if you attempt to submit the claim again on a subsequent date.
