Psychological safety at work: Getting back to the workplace

Our program

The “Getting back to the workplace” program is designed to support the emotional and psychological health of employees as they transition from home-based to in-person work.

Our virtual, on-demand group programs give employees the opportunity to engage in a live Q&A with a mental health professional. Programs are delivered by TELUS Health clinicians with extensive experience in supporting individuals through life events. Clinicians will:

Share insights into the roots of common challenges including anxiety, stress and uncertainty

Provide evidence-based tools and techniques to support employees through the transitions to come
