Faster claim submission.
- Create a new claim in just a few seconds by copying an existing one.*
- Start a new claim with just the patient name. The rest of the information will auto-populate.*
- Auto-populate a claim by selecting it from a list of previously submitted claims for that patient.*
- Create a draft claim in advance, save it and complete it up to 30 days later.
Improved reporting and better access to data.
- Access past claims for up to 12 months.
- Use filters and download your claims to create reports that match your needs.
- Find all the support material you need in one, fully-searchable place.
- Email the claim response to your patients directly from the portal.
Introducing the fully-searchable eClaims Learning corner.
To help you get the support you need, when and where you need it, we’re developing the eClaims Learning corner. Featuring new training materials and self-serve resources in a fully searchable environment, the Learning corner will be your resource for training videos, FAQ’s, guides, tips & tricks, webinars and more.
When can I start using the new portal?
The new portal will be rolled out over the next few weeks, so keep an eye out for an email announcing when the new portal will be available to you.

*All the data from the legacy portal will be displayed in the new portal. That means that you will still have access to all the data that was previously available, and vice-versa.
