Some changes to the login page are coming
You'll have to reset your security questions next time you log in
As part of ongoing improvements to the TELUS Health Provider Portal, you'll notice some changes to the look and feel of the login page for the provider portal starting October 27, 2024. Due to this change, eClaims will be unavailable from 3 AM to 3 PM ET on October 27, 2024.
What does that mean for you?
Your login credentials will remain the same. This change will not affect the way you navigate the provider portal, or the way you submit claims. On your end, you'll notice a different user experience only on the login page. If your password was saved on your browser to auto-fill, you will have to re-enter it on your first login.
If you have your username and password saved in your browser, you can access your browser Password Manager to confirm your current username and login details.
Upon logging in for the first time on this new page, you'll be prompted to re-set your security questions. This will only happen on your first login.
