Problem encountered
Occasionally, you may experience a problem submitting the payment request, or the insurance company may encounter a problem while processing it. Your submitted claim is saved when a Problem encountered message appears, regardless of the success of the transmission.
A similar message may be displayed for predeterminations.
If the payment request or predetermination was set on the current day, an Edit claim or Edit predetermination button is displayed. You can select this button to edit and resubmit the payment request or predetermination. No Insurer response (PDF) is provided.
To edit and resubmit a claim or predetermination, select the Edit claim or Edit predetermination button, then correct the information needed to successfully submit the claim or predetermination.
