Pending requests
The following types of changes are not immediately implemented in the Provider portal, but are submitted to the TELUS Health team for review and action:

New providers

Changes to provider details, including new roles

Links between organizations and head offices

New mailing addresses (WSIB services only)

Changes to service addresses

Changes to independent practice locations, excluding business hours and accessibility features
If there is a pending request for a specific component, a message is displayed to that effect on the applicable window. For example, the Providers tab shows the statuses of two types of requests:
