Logging into eClaims mobile
You can obtain eClaims mobile from the Apple or Google App marketplace. From there, search for and download the TELUS Health eClaims app (it’s free).
After an administrator user for your profile downloads the app, they must accept the new terms and conditions to allow all users before they can access the app. By default, your administrator may block all users from accessing the app. If you require access, the administrator can use the User Access & Permissions module to grant it to you. Log into eClaims mobile using your Provider Portal credentials.
To set up your device to use Face ID or Touch ID to log in to the mobile app, go to My account and use the toggle to enable the Face ID or Touch ID. Once you have activated Fingerprint/Touch ID or Face ID on your mobile device, you can log into the eClaims mobile app using any of the fingerprints stored on your device. To enable this, log in to the mobile app and go to My Account on the menu (button in the top left side of the screen).
